SEWP Overview

NASA SEWP VI is a government-wide acquisition contract for Information Technology, Communication and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services. Federal agencies and authorized support contractors can use SEWP for eligible requirements.

Category B: Agency-wide cloud and application modernization, cybersecurity, IT operations, data and analytics and related enterprise services.

Category C: Mission- or program-specific cloud, software development, security, data analytics and IT operations support.

Fair Opportunity

Orders are subject to the fair opportunity requirements of FAR 16.505(b) and Section A.1.13 of the applicable SEWP VI contract. The NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool supports competition among eligible contract holders.

Read the A.1.13 operating summary

Contractors will be provided fair opportunity at the individual order level, as appropriate under FAR 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. The issuing procurement office maintains the order-selection documentation. A contractor must not market or quote offerings unavailable in its SEWP database of record. For RFI market research only, not-yet-listed offerings may be discussed when clearly identified as not yet available and a technology refreshment is submitted. Formal RFQ and MRR responses must use contract-available offerings and comply with the applicable SEWP database pricing. If a complete response is not possible, the contractor must follow the No Bid and partial-quote instructions in its contract and CHUM. Quote validity must be stated.

Contract authority: The executed SEWP VI contracts, including Section A.1.13, govern if any website summary differs.
