HRMS, a division of Health and Human Services, awarded 24X7SYSTEMS an enterprise wide contract to enhance and maintain fourteen information technology platforms; the award entails, complete design, development, integration and testing of entire suite of enterprise applications on these platforms; currently HRMS utilizes the systems to provide automated support for various services organization wide. In addition to the full life-cycle services, 24X7SYSTEMS has also been entrusted to create reports and queries, incident resolution, security vulnerability mitigation and SLA driven technical assistance to end-users across the IT enterprise.
